But what you should really do is call your agent 1 to 2 months before you want your home to be listed for sale.

You may be wondering why? It’s because we need ample time to work with you to prepare your home and stage it for sale, as well as coordinate inspectors and contractors to provide any necessary maintenance or updates.

We also schedule photographers and videographers for the marketing collateral and are at the mercy of their schedules.

Once we receive the marketing images and videos back, we put the final touches on our marketing strategy and position your home to sell to the right buyers

Each step is time intensive and the more time we have, the more the marketing will work to your advantage to sell your home for the highest possible profit.
